Terms of Service

By accessing or using Manajodi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Manajodi only if you are at least 21 years old, can form a legally binding contract, and are not barred from using the service under applicable law. Manajodi is a community of verified individuals; you agree to complete identity verification and to provide accurate, truthful information about yourself.

Manajodi is an invite-only AI-powered social discovery and communication platform that helps verified community members participate in authentic conversations based on shared interests, values, and intent. We provide the platform; we do not guarantee any particular interaction, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline. Always use good judgment and prioritize your safety when communicating with or meeting other members.

To use Manajodi you must create an account and verify your email address, your mobile phone number, and your identity. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One person may hold only one account.

When you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Manajodi for account verification and security— primarily one-time passcodes. These are transactional messages; Manajodi does not send marketing or promotional texts.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, each sign-in or security-sensitive action).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
• Opting out may prevent you from signing in or using features that require a verified phone number.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Manajodi exists to be a safe, honest, respectful community. You agree that you will not:

• create a false or misleading profile, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any other member, or use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• solicit money, financial information, or gifts from members, or attempt any kind of scam, fraud, phishing, or financial manipulation;
• post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
• use the service for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising;
• attempt to access another member’s account, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the service.

You are responsible for the information and content you add to your profile. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant Manajodi a limited license to display it within the service for the purpose of operating discovery. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

We may review accounts and content, and we may decline, suspend, or terminate any account that fails verification, violates these Terms, or poses a risk to the community — with or without notice. We maintain an internal record of moderation decisions for safety and accountability.

Manajodi relies on third-party providers, including Persona for identity verification, Telnyx for SMS delivery, and Cloudflare for security and content delivery. Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers’ terms where applicable.

Manajodi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any interaction will meet your expectations. We do not conduct criminal background checks and verification does not guarantee a member’s character or conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manajodi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, or from the conduct of any member.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manajodi and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Manajodi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and, for material changes, provide additional notice within the service. Continued use of Manajodi after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
