Refund Policy

Manajodi offers digital subscription access to premium platform features for verified community members. Payments are processed by Stripe; Manajodi does not store card numbers.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions unlock enhanced platform features, including AI-powered enhancements, visibility tools, and communication functionality. Subscription fees are shown before checkout and are billed through Stripe.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Refund eligibility

Because premium features are digital and become available immediately after payment, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.

  • duplicate charges;
  • billing errors;
  • inability to access paid features caused by a Manajodi service issue; or
  • refunds required by applicable law.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue. We review requests case by case and may ask for additional information.

5. Payment processor

Stripe processes card payments and may apply its own processing timelines. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
